Plot: There is an area in the human brain that is never used under normal circumstances. It is called the dead zone. However, an unexpected car accident allowed Johnny Smith, a biology teacher at a school, to open the dead zone in his brain. From then on, whenever he came into contact with someone, he could predict what was about to happen or had happened to that person, as if he were there in person. However, the price of this ability was that Johnny was in a coma for six years after the car accident. When he woke up, he found that his fiancée had married someone else and that his magical ability brought him endless troubles; he also discovered many crimes and conspiracies.
