Plot: In this world, persons with superpowers are viewed as heroes by the public and are controlled by Vought International, a strong company that makes sure they are heavily promoted and make money. Most are conceited and dishonest outside of their heroic personalities. Two groups are the main subjects of the series: the Seven, who are the top superhero squad of Vought International, and the titular Boys, who are vigilantes trying to keep the corrupted heroes under control. Billy Butcher, the leader of the Boys, hates everyone with superpowers, whereas Homelander, the leader of the Seven, is unstable and conceited.
