Plot: The TV Poptown chronicles the tale of a pupil who constantly draws in class. The life of Father Nicholas is shown in his paintings; he resided in "Papal Town," a spoof of Vatican City. The Pope, under his supervision, is as smart as a four-year-old yet acts like a total idiot. To prevent the public from learning that the Pope is a drooling fool, Father Nicholas needs to keep the Pope out of danger.
