Plot: Rex Winters and TJ are the top investigators in the Los Angeles Police Department that investigates the Robbery and Murder. Every day, they track out the most severe offenders and prosecute them. Winters enlisted in the Marines at one point. He is quick-witted and has an upright demeanor, but he is also incredibly obstinate. His worldview is simple.
