Plot: This new Fargo chapter takes place in 1979 and centers on Sioux Falls and Luverne. It follows Vietnam veteran Officer Lou Solverson as he investigates a crime involving a large Mob organization and smaller gangs. His father-in-law, Sheriff Hank Larsson, is helping him. A colorful ensemble of characters, such as the articulate local lawyer Karl Weathers, crime head Joe Bulo, and his enforcer detective Mike Milligan, are interwoven throughout the story.
