Plot: Set close to Boston's eastern suburbs, the drama is set in the beach village of Capeside. Aside from Joey, who lives down the creek and gives off the natural girl next door feel, and Dawson, who is 15 years old and has a crush on Steven Spielberg, Pacey, Dawson's "problematic" buddy, is always up for taking chances and surprising everyone. Beneath the lovely appearance, Jen, the New York girl who moved in next door to Dawson's house, has a wild heart. The plot revolves around four friends who have known each other since high school graduation, are enrolled in the same university, are active in their communities, and have experienced a range of friendships, affections, and love that have affected them from childhood to adulthood.
