Plot: Owen Strand was the lone survivor of the 9/11 Manhattan Fire Department more than 20 years ago. Owen was given the duty of reconstructing the fire department following the terrorist assault. Following a comparable tragedy in an Austin fire station, Owen uses his life experiences and firefighting expertise to assist his troublesome son, TK, and the people there to start afresh.
