Plot: Owen Strand was the lone survivor of the 9/11 Manhattan Fire Department more than 20 years ago. Owen was given the duty of reconstructing the fire department following the terrorist assault. Following a comparable tragedy in an Austin fire station, Owen uses his life experiences and firefighting expertise to assist his troublesome son, TK, and the people there to start afresh. Although Owen appears to be a major city dweller, he is concealing a terrible secret that might perhaps ruin his life.
