Plot: Two extremely different snooker players are the subject of this film. Exuberant and flamboyant is Alex Higgins. He popularizes snooker with his remarkable abilities and charisma. Steve Davis is cautious and composed. His focus and hard effort pay off as he wins a lot of snooker contests. In the 1980s, they are competitors vying for the top rank. Steve's manager, Barry Hearn, makes snooker a professional sport.

Plot: Lisa was the first person Matt met at a Brookston music event. Beautiful and full of charisma, Lisa, 21, was Matt's ideal lady. Along with cooking together, they attend concerts. Matt was living life daily. They were pretty happy then, though they did fight from time to time. However, Lisa wouldn't allow Matt to drop her off at the airport when the time eventually arrived. Long departure rituals, she remarked, were not her thing. Returned to his own life, Matt wanders the streets in search of solace from Lisa's absence. Lisa will continue living in the United States, on the opposite side of the planet. The movie starts as Matt, many years later, recalls Lisa on the flight.
