Plot: Shortly, there is virtually no violence, a record low crime rate, and a 1% national unemployment rate in America. Security system dealer James Sandin makes a fortune and has a contented existence with his spouse and kids in this distorted period. The Sandin family is sitting in their opulent estate, watching the film version of the Night of Killing, as another purge night approaches. This evening, the Sandin family unavoidably becomes entangled in the gory vortex after Charlie, James's son, unexpectedly saves a homeless guy who is being pursued.
