However, the new administration decided that every 12 territories needed to select two people to attend a live TV show called The Hunger Games. Katniss Everdeen voluntarily takes her sister’s place to take part in the Hunger Games. To win this game, morality must be cast away, which means Katniss needs to be a killing machine. It’s a great test for Katniss.
