Plot: Friends Karen and Martha are teachers at a girls' school. Karen's dream is to wed Joe, a physician. Mary is an evil girl who tells many falsehoods. She's upset with Martha and Karen. When she finds out, Martha's aunt claims that they are lesbians. She informs other parents and her grandma. They remove their daughters from school after coming to trust her. Martha and Karen lose everything. Joe and Karen split up. A depressing conclusion results from Mary's deception.
