Plot: LA undercover policeman Tom Ludlow is a rough and renegade officer. Jack Wander, his supervisor, keeps him out of trouble. He battles a Korean gang that abducts and mistreats kids. James Biggs, an aspirational captain of Internal Affairs, gets him into trouble. Terrence Washington, his previous partner, joins IA but is slain in front of Tom. Tom makes an effort to determine who killed him and why. He unearths several falsehoods and secrets.
