Plot: After saving Princess Fiona, Shrek, the monster weds her. An invitation is sent to them from the Kingdom of Far Far Away. Fiona's parents wish to extend an invitation to their estranged daughter and son-in-law to return and see her. To go to the Kingdom, the monstrous couple rode. A couple of monsters emerged from the carriage just as the inhabitants of the Kingdom of Far Far Away were joyfully getting ready to greet the stunning princess and the dashing emperor's son-in-law. And thus, the narrative starts over.
