Plot: Officer K-9 with the LAPD is Jake Rosser. Drug traffickers kill Ace, his companion. In a fit of rage, Jake strikes an EMT. He must go from the military. Because of Internal Affairs and his employers, he is unable to discover the killer. He forms an alliance with Socks, a vicious K-9 with metal fangs and a dark past. Jake and Socks set out to uncover a huge conspiracy that governs the city and get retribution.
