Plot: On February 29, a leap year, Anna planned to pop the question to Jeremy by taking a plane to Dublin, Ireland. The aircraft abruptly experienced turbulence and had to make an emergency landing in Cardiff, Wales. With local teenager Declan, Anna finds herself in a seaside hotel. After Anna accepts Declan's offer to take her to Dublin the next day, the two dispute and develop a love relationship as a result of their continual disagreements. When February 29 finally arrived, Anna gave someone a loving heart.
