Plot: Chinese policeman Jian travels to Paris to apprehend a Chinese drug lord. Richard is a rogue French police officer who serves the drug lord. In an attempt to murder Jian, he holds him accountable for the drug lord's demise. Carrying a cassette that exposes the truth, Jian flees. He encounters Jessica, one of Richard's hookers. Richard's daughter lives in a foster home. Jian lends support to Jessica and her kid. He also uses a lethal maneuver to halt Richard.
