Plot: Joy Mangano was an Eastern Airlines reservations worker and a divorced mother of two in 1990. She resides with her two young children, her ex-husband Tony and her grandma Mimi. Every time Joy's father, Rudy, visited her home, her divorced parents would quarrel. The only people who support Joey in following her creative goals are Mimi and her best friend, Jackie. Joy decided to improve her life by creating a new item she designed—a self-wringing mop. She eventually became the mop queen and made a fortune selling miracle mops.
