Plot: FBI agent Jack becomes hopeless and breaks down as his fiancée and coworkers pass away one after the other. Jack was suffering, and he had nowhere to let it out, so he resorted to drinking. Hendricks counsels Jack to give up drinking as he can't stand to watch his best buddy fail. Jack ends up at a treatment facility in Wyoming's Wilderness, where he meets Jenny, a nurse, and Hank, an assistant. The alcohol recovery center's boiler and circuit are destroyed by a catastrophic snowfall, and Jack is forced to confront not only his issues but also the killer, who is waiting in the shadows in the pitch-black.
