Plot: San Diego news anchor Ron Burgundy works at a station. He is immensely well-liked, and across all demographics, his news pieces come in #1. But all of the reporters on his news crew are men. Veronica Corningstone was employed by the station as a female reporter as part of an attempt to diversify.
