Plot: American geologist Adrian Helmsley discovered that just as the Mayans predicted, humans might face a catastrophe in 2012. Helmsley told the US President the news, and the governments of various countries who received the news began to work together to secretly build an "Ark" in Tibet to ensure the safety of the lives of 400,000 selected humans. Science fiction writer Jackson took his children to Yellowstone Park for vacation and met radio host Charlie, who told him about the prophecy of the end of the earth. Jackson didn't quite believe it, but before long, natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions began to occur one after another, killing millions of people. So Jackson rented a plane, took his family away from Los Angeles, and started looking for the Ark that Charlie said governments were secretly building together.
